Real time pitch shifter

I need just small change about tenths of percent. I didnt found any software for this(only full semitones). Do you know any software for this or is it possible throught KX drivers? Thanks

APS Pitch in kx3550 has more accurate control.. but for best usabillity need additional "finetune" control..
someone can do this modification in APS Pitch code?
