That is what I've done. I've tryed to re-register(?) kxfxlib.kxl(the newest one) but I'm still not able to see the peak meter move.

First; did you noticed that MUTE is now ENABLE on MX6?

You have to copy kxfxlib.kxl to your \windows\system32 folder overwriting the older.
Then reboot to make sure.
Also, do a "reset global settings" to wipe any previous registered effects.
