Help!!!!!

Dear Kx Experts / Whizz Kids / Addicts

Today is the third day 3 since I installed the Kx driver and I am still trying to figure out how to get started and use the effects. All I want to do is to plug in my guitar to the line in/mic and be able to play along with the mp3 using the distortion / overdrive and other effects of Kx. I presently use the FX Box and I am sure from the posts here that Kx is far superior.

Yesterday I managed to get hear a clean sound without any effects and then it stopped working completely. Would anyone here have a sort of 'A dummy's guide to using Kx the Quick 'n' Dirty way' The whole thing looked kind of complicated to me. I've gone through the forum but the topics are all far too advanced.

Someone please help
