Simple EFX LP/HP Filter for 3538a

Ok, this is a simple efficient (8 GPRs)1 pole - 1 zero high-pass/low-pass filter (selectable) for 3538a. I made this one just to test some minor programming related changes in the new driver vesion and decided to put it out just because it's very efficient. It beats the standart EQs only by low resource consumption (more than twice less), not in terms of quality.

Again, this is not any official EF-X Team release, just for testing purposes, but it might be included in the upcomming EF-X Team package (after 3538 beta or final).
