my 2nd plugin~hphsp value

this is the lite version of the hphsp plugin,no w/e/s channel,but plus with lfe and music pass-thru channel support.
save 73 gprs

ps:u could not get the file from anglefire?
due to chinanet, a lot of site could not be open in china, just like the angelfire, proxy is no use
