??? Change frequenzies in 10BandEq

Hi,
does anybody know how to change the frequencies for the Eq.
i don´t understand the Code
i want to change it to 2.5 3.8 5.1 6.3 7.6 8.9 10.1 and 11.4Khz
can anybody help?? thx BpM

No they can't be changed. The effect should be reprogrammed, possibly with such a feature included.

But somehow the programmer had do declare the avaiable frequencies in the registers, or not? So (i guess) any of this static registers must contain them? Isn´t it possible to change them? and why aren´t there any "control" registers for the faders? sorry for my bad english thx a lot

The center frequencies are calculated by certain formulae depending on the filter type used and they are dependent on the filter coefficients. Things are far more complex and scientiffic than you think.

The 10b eq is a kxl (or dll) coded in C++ with the kX SDK, so there is no need for control registers, which are used only for editor generated code.

Take a look at the SDK, you'll find all the effects sources there.
