Need help before I can complete my DSP setup (with ProFX)

I just got rid of that Default DSP and started a fresh DSP setup with ProFX 2.0 plugins. I have a few questions that bug me before I can complete my DSP setup for recording.

1. How to enable 24/96 line-in analog recording (how to set up the DSP and mixer options,using ProFX) to be able to record in 24/96 from the Line In jack (with SoundForge) of a standard Audigy2 (SB0240) ? What is enable UDA codec (ProFX AC97 plugin) and AC97<->I2S routing mode (in the Mixer)?

2. How to add effects to the ASIO output (in the DSP,not as kXi in the host sequencer),for example when playing music in Foobar with ASIO output or similar.

3. How can I add effects to the P16V HQ output using ProFX?

4. How to be able to control the multimedia keyboard-controlled master volume for EVERYTHING again? (you know,that green OSD gauge) It worked before with the Default DSP,but since I cleared the DSP and set a custom DSP setup with ProFX plugins,it only works for the P16V HQ output.For ASIO,Soundfonts and Wave it does not work anymore.

My DSP setup is like this:

Wave (FXBus 0/1) connected through b2b plugin to Stereo Mix In 1 L/R
MIDI (FXBus 2/3) connected to Stereo Mix In 2 L/R
Output of Stereo Mix Connected to kXlt (Analog Rear Out L/R)
A Peak Meter connected to the output of Stereo Mix for monitoring.
ASIO plugin loaded and enabled.Nothing connected to it.
P16V plugin loaded,and a peak meter connected to In7 and In8.

This is a very basic setup only for playback of audio,MIDI,VSTi,sequencing and other things.For recording,I have another much more complex setup.

5. Do I have to add a b2b plugin after every [Src] plugin for bit-to-bit recording? For example after Wave (FXBus 0/1),CD SPDIF,P16v,and every other Src ?
