Actualy there is. Only not published.
Apart from the tedious job to come up with acceptable approximations of freq.respones, cab resonances, dynamics etc of commonly used cabs it's not that hard to code and there is no reason why it couldn't be done in emu10kx.
Adding approximated mic placing and room simulation is also possible.

I have one of those. Amplifier and cabinet simulator. Maybe if we could measure before and after the effect is applied this would give us a idea of what is being done..
IS this how one would go about it LEX?
BTW, it also has Mic placement..

I doubt that approximating an approximation is a good approach (unless you really Love the typical sound of that device ofcourse ).
There are many well known diff. approaches like measuring the real stuff in a anechoic chamber and stuff like that.
Personaly I simply use my knowledge about the physical aspects of what I want to simulate
and then tune all the parameters by ear.
That always works (for me) because of the simple fact that; " if it sounds crap, it is crap"
no matter how accurate the measurements or used methodology claim to be .

The bundled version of FxRouter in 3539 seems to be broken once again (GUI problems). Updated version available: kX Stuff

Same issue as above in 3540. Use the 3539 version from above.
