matjoa is on a distinguished road

I don't know how to setup my DSP...

Even reading the wonderful guides published in this forum, I'm not sure to know how to setup my DSP correctly.

I wonder if I can download from anywhere a simple settings file that suits my configuration:

- EMU-APS using Cubase VST 5.1.
- Usually I record from external source A1/A2 and A2/A3 and from MIDI (soundfonts), too.
- I need to convert MIDI to audio in the same Cubase.
- I don't need to use the built-in fxs from the card.
- I don't need to use the surround nor the 5.1, only stereo for audio production.

I expect that some good soul can provide me a settings file or to tell me the place where to get it.

Thanks in advance.
JF.

Maddogg6 will become famous soon enoughMaddogg6 will become famous soon enough

Heres a link to a preset exchange
http://www.hardwareheaven.com/general-discussion/78256-kx-preset-exchange-system.html

Be warned - some 'presets' *may* use plug-ins NOT installed with KX by default.

Anyway - I found no matter how much I read - I NEEDED to play around in the DSP to really understand - so - best advise is :SAVE SETTINGS - and just experiment - reload settings to get back to what was working. Then come back and ask more specific questions.
