in the foreseeable future: unlikely (i'm afraid).

Re: Plugins in Uniform ("UFX")

Hm... damn.. then I have to install Win7 32bit on my CarPC (Win7 64bit at the moment).
I am using an Alpine PXA-H701 DSP (connected via Onboard Toslink) in my car, but thought about using kX instead.

Well, personally i would not recommend update to 3550 if it's only not about Vista/Win7 or x86-64. V50 seems to me as a downgrade actually (compared to v45). I installed 3550 to test ufx update - but then immediately switched back to 45. Too clicky (i have never experienced that before) - Of course it may work like a charm on other PCs - but, after all, it has no advantages over 3545 yet if speaking of old good 32-bit XP. So why bother?

Wow, I havenґt been here for a while, and so far I havenґt updated kx on my working machine, but Iґm setting up another computer for the use of my pulsar "scope fusion" system in combination with kx. Its all 32-bit xp on my computers so far. I couldnґt care less about Win7 or Vista at the moment.
And I agree, why bother if it works and you have the functionality.
But the one really nice feature in 3550 is the new rearranged plugin menue.
So 3550 will be the first try on that machine.

Hehe, a killer feature? Well, this menu is customizable, so one can see the same menu in v45 after editing its kxskin.kxs.
But sure, if v50 works fine for you - same story back again: why bother with customarization?

Re: Ответ: Plugins in Uniform ("UFX")

I remember that thread and Iґm glad someone already did the work.
As you said: why bother
I installed it, but I havenґt tested everything yet. Of course I would go back to 3045 if it doesnґt work right.
The SA minus analyzer is missing, too. Wasnґt that yours, either?

Re: Plugins in Uniform ("UFX")

I am interested in using this plugin but I am using Windows 7 64-bit. I never used this plugin before but from what I have read and referenced this is the kind of plugin I need for my setup. Are you sure there is no possibility of a 64-bit version? I am sure others like myself would be willing to donate for your time if that is an issue.

Yes, I'm afraid I have to assure you that I have no plans for 64-bit version of UFX.
(The 32-bit version will continue as usual - i.e. updates after major "stable" kX updates).

очень, очень печально слышать такие слова от разработчика сего замечательно дополнения к кх, думаю ни для кого не секрет что сейчас доля 64битных систем будет только увеличиваться, чтож, не будем терять надежды и спасибо за труды
