Uploading photos

How do you upload photos to a post?
I have a max filesize of 1kb in my "manage attachments".

ANy photos have to be hosted on a site, for example photobucket you then use the insert image (little mountain with a sun) from the toolbar and paste the link or http:// that the hosting site provides.

you can't thats an admin option. You need to upload them to a image/file host then post a link of the image.

Imageshack or Photobucket offer you some free hosting service.

I really would like in theory to open this up to everyone, however it tends to bloat the database and with so many good free hosts I dont think its crucial we add it.
