Slow...

Well i have been having problems with DH for a while now, it loads really slow. First i though it's my lousy connection at work, but when the problem persists at home something is up. I have tried everything i could think of, clear cookies, dns, tried different browsers, firefox, opera, IE7, nothing seems to work. i don't know if it's a routing problem, but at this stage i doubt it. I think the problems are related with the flash ads, but i can't really confirm it, or say for sure.

I'm in the same boat. It will load the top add instantly, then I have to wait a bit for the rest to load

i know its not ideal but if you guys could verify with another browser it would be helpful in us diagnosing the problems.

Also we aim to upgrade the server powering Driver heaven in the not too distant future so hopefully this will elevate some speed issues.

Opera is the fastest, firefox is the next, and IE7 just bombs big time

Same here, still it's slow as hell. I mean when a site like gamespot that has a gazillion ads runing at any giving time is faster then DH, something is not right.

ok guys well I guess we will look into the speed issues however apart from occasional issues I see myself, generally every browser loads ok here. ill ask craig to look into it. Could very well be the vista ad.

im also having the same problem , any other website is working fine sometimes it wont load the page at all

I haven't had any loading problems at home or work since the xbox ad was removed.
