Spell checker?

Is there anyway to add a built-in 'spell checker' to the forum? I notice a lot of misspelled words in some posts, which sometimes makes it hard to understand the post and is very annoying.

Probably not a good idea, just because the spellchecker would have to be able to recognize all sorts of tech terms and random online things like "you->u" "lol" etc... and if the person posting really cares enough about the spelling of their post, they will use a spell checker anyway...

I have office 2001, but it isn't installed yet- Is there an online spell checker to check while you type? I haven't heard of anything like that. It would be a good idea-- It seems like someone would have made one, but I have never seen or heard about one.

We have one on our forums, www.ninjamicros.com that one of our admins created himself. Not sure exactly how he did it, but it works great. Should I ask him for the code for you guys?

I bet Zardon would at least be interested in it- That sounds really cool.

I would think it would be more of a hassle. People just need to learn how to spell or just type slower..
