I have an issue that may or may not be related to the upgrade.
When I post in the forums the message takes about 30 seconds+ to post and then I get a blank screen. The redirect to my previous location does not work for me. Either I refresh and get the message telling me I am posting a duplicate post or go back through the message dialog. I have flushed DNS cache and DH cookie.

OK, since last night, or a bit earlier I am having problems with posting. I type my message in the quick reply place, hit Post Quick Reply, and it shows the animation but nothing happens for ages. If I click refresh page the message appears. 2 days+ ago I didn't have any such problem.

Using Opera 9.21

EDIT: And of course this time worked...

We are aware of this issue and are looking into it. you will find the first time it has worked instantly and if you hit refresh it states it will be a duplicate. if you get the stall just hit refresh and you will break the loop (and the message will have been already posted).

so in summary, if you post and hit submit and it appears to be doing nothing, just hit submit again and it will resolve it (you won't break anything or get a dupe post). Hopefully we can track what is causing this.

I am not sure if this is related, but I am not getting any email notifications.

Also, no popup notification about Private Messages, and no indication of new Private Messages at all (i.e. reads 0 unread messages, even though there are unread messages, etc).

BTW: This is in addition to some of the issues already mentioned in this thread...

I am not sure if anything was done to fix it, but PM's just started working again (I got the popup notification, and the indication of unread messages, etc).

I did not receive the email notification of the PM, and still have not received any other email notification from DH as of yet, but I will keep an eye out.

I just noticed something about the User CP.

in the red circled area, before i could click on it and it would bring back several pages worth of threads i've posted in. I noticed this because i went to look for a particular thread and noticed i couldn't click on "New Subscribed Threads" anymore.

in the green circled area, i guess it's something i have to get used to if it won't be changed. the "front page" and "new posts" were flipped after the upgrade happened. now, everytime i go up there to click on "front page" i keep thinking i'm clicking on "new posts" and don't realize it until after i've clicked the link.

Hi there, im not sure I follow this. I checked all the 0 post threads in gaming news and from the front page of gaming.driverheaven.net and the URL rewrites are working fine.

Am I missing something ?

EDIT: Actually I see the problem, the rewrites arent correct if you click the "x replies" on the front page rather than the thread title. one is parsing wrong, thanks for pointing that out.

This was fixed yesterday and I havent seen it today with extensive testing.

You are holding old cookies, flush all your cookies, and DNS, then come onto the forum, login and change the theme from the bottom of the forum.
