SporeHeaven skin launched - Feedback and Problem Thread

Hi Everyone,

If you're reading this you've probably seen the new SporeHeaven skin currently on the site.

As usual this is now the default skin for the site and will remain for a few weeks. No amount of complaining or moaning will change that

If however you've found an issue with the skin or just have some feedback just pop it in this topic and I'll try to respond as soon as possible.

Well, you can report back to EA that their advertising is working as I did hit the link and visit the EA site to take a peek. But please EA, something less hideous as a skin next time please. More like Sporehell than Sporeheaven.

I changed it straight back but not before the advert served it's purpose. So it's money well spent by EA and well-earned by DH. As usual, you guys have implemented the new skin without any flaws as far as I can see.

In a nutshell - It's a winner!

Well you can't really blame EA for it, they asked me to make the skin for them. So I guess I suck

They liked it though!

As always, the skin selector top right is fully accessible !

But it almost killed my remote desktop connection

Looks awesome and works great on the Google Chrome Browser, which BTW... isn't so bad.

The kids would just LOVE this as a poster in their room.

For quite some time now I was not happy entering the site since black background + white/light fonts is very hard on the eyes after a little while...

I like it. I like how it is busy but not busy in the hurts my eyes way. I also like a lot the creatures in the top. I have even given names to a couple of the creatures there

Zardon is the blue one in the back, Mig is the one standing next to the blue with the two tentacles for eyes, Iria is the green in the middle, Kris is the brown looking towards the skin selector. temeteus is the one with the three eyes on the left, Grace is the little blue one and Mousey is the little red creature. Funny.
