I would like to make everyone aware that we will not tolerate offensive or obscene material on this site.

Now you may feel that by the definition of the word that "private" means you are entitled to a space to do anything you want. This is not the case and this week we had a situation were we had to investigate a claim and found a rather disturbing chain of events in private message.

Let me make it crystal clear .... this server and everything on it is owned by Heaven Media Ltd and if we feel it is necessary we can check private messages. Don't be under the impression that sending something offensive or threatening someone and trying to delete it will erase the evidence either.

Obviously I hope that most of you guys can behave in a respectful manner to others and can obey common courtesy and social etiquette so we will never need to resort to invading private message systems.

If I find out that people are sending messages to frighten or intimidate others (or even sexually harass another) then you will get your account blocked/removed and IP range blocked. Your ISP may also be contacted under terms of abuse.

Lets keep Driverheaven one of the safest and most family friendly communities on the net - one of our primary goals when we set this site up was to ensure we had a safe environment for everyone . Also remember that if you have a problem situation that our staff are here to help.

Just as importantly, if you have a problem with any of our moderators then raise the concern with either Craig5320 or myself.
