Font colors gone?

Are text colors gone now?

I am using:
"Standard Editor - Extra Formatting Controls"
under "Message Editor Interface"
under "Miscellaneous Options"
under "Edit Options"
under "Settings and options"
under "your control panel"
under "user control panel"
as always.

Oh, and "CosmosHeaven" is the skin if that matters.

Just wondering, because there does not seem to be a button to change the color of the text anywhere when using "Standard Editor - Extra Formatting Controls" anymore and I know there used to be.
