Big thanks to DH Staff and Royal Mail!

Apologies if this isn't in the right section!

This morning I recieved a package from DH, with the prizes I won from the Grand New Year's contest (a hat and keychain). I sincerely thank DH, because they sent the package to me again after the Bulgarian Posts messed it up...

Long story (rather) short, after months of waiting, in late April I recieved a note from Bulgarian Posts that I had a package from England - it was already months late. When I went to get it, they told me I was told that I had been notified three times and I didn't respond (honestly, total bull... I regularly recieve mail and always check if I have postal notes). So they had to send it back to England...

I tried to PM some of DHs staff a few times in late April/early May so that they could keep the prize and to let them know why it was returned (sorry folks, your PM boxes were full

), but I got swept in university and work and simply slipped my mind. Either way, I didn't expect to get it.
Until today, when the package was in my local mail.

Thanks to the great DH staff and Royal Mail for sending it back! Your dedication to this site and it's forum members is amazing! Best wishes!
