How to make public poll ?

I am wondering if I can make public poll ( Guests can vote as members as well) but there is no option for that in creating thread , Is that option exclusive to staff and official polls or there is something I can't figure it out.

Far as i'm aware it's a forum setting,
I could be wrong i haven't used vBulletin in a while.

Only Staff can create polls that appear on the front page.

As far as I know any poll can be voted on even guests.

Anyone can create a poll in the normal forums off-topic etc. Not in the DriverHeaven Polls/news/reviews sections, when you create a thread tick the yes box in the Post a Poll option towards the bottom. You will be taken to a new page after submitting your topic.

Guests and members can vote on any polls on the board.

If you have a poll you think would be good for the frontpage you're welcome to suggest it for consideration.

How about I tell you the answer? Google... Bing... Yahoo!... In that order lol. for our site at least. Bing brings in twice what Yahoo! brings to us, Google about 50x what Bing brings to us lol.

A poll about search engine could be on the cards, I'll put it forward, but maybe let Bing establish itself it's still early days.
