Very nice. That PSU is money! I love fully modular PSU's.

Cool. Congratulations. Regarding the VAT on shipping, I hate that. Always happens to me too, even though far as I know VAT should only be paid on the product.

Maybe it is dependant on how the shipper declares it when it is shipped.

I know that I could send a gift from Canada to the US and as long as I claim it is a gift it is not eligible for taxes/duties.

When my Tempest came to me from California it was listed as a prize and there were no extra charges.

As I was explained, our customs law does not know the word "gift". Regardless of that, they admitted to a series of procedural errors of both their own and by the postal service and to applying the wrong VAT rate, but, as they told me, the only thing I could do now would be to pay a tax and file an official complaint which would be dismissed (the woman actually said that).

Well at least the procedure is well documented..... Bet they don't get very many official complaints.

Came in late I'm usually jealous when someone wins something, then I realize that's real silly. Be happy someone won something really cool, but now that I think about it I have good stuff myself and getting something as a gift is a bonus, so I'm happy 4u mate
