Any problems with the ad's have been taken care of in the new version, which is yet to be rolled out. So there are no changes on the current site, but they will be present after the upgrade, and you'll know when the upgrade has happened believe me.

Yes this site looks so good IT CANT POSSIBLY LOOK AS GOOD ON VB4! (Unless everything is redone (Like the site i showed you in PM Craig))

Every full upgrade requires the site to be closed down for a time period for the transfer to go ahead... It has not happend yet

I glanced the topic and I don't think that this has been mentioned. We need some more obvious PM notifications (say, a big rectangle at the top of the page informing us about it). This is from experience.
