What do you mean? like a 'like' link for each competition? they are published to the HH page which should appear in your feed and then you can click like on that story? or do you mean something different?

Yes, either a 'like' link or better yet a 'share this' button/drop down/something.
For example on this page:
http://www.hardwareheaven.com/compet...mpetitionid=58
So that "I" can click on the 'share this' to have it post as a wall post on my facebook wall to share there. The same result I would get if I used copy and paste on the url of the competition and posted that on facebook.
To have a result for the above example as I did manually earlier:

As I already said, I have already done that. But, there might be people who would add it to their facebook if there was something there and who just refuse/are too lazy to do it the "difficult" way.
