I'm not sure at this point whether it's my ISP and related server problems, if it's my own computer, or not. BUT, the Banner AD is taking a very LONG time to display. It's been doing this for awhile now.

is ok here, give it a day or so, and try clearing your IE (or browser cache) completely. flush DNS also.

I do clean the browser cache constantly. Sometimes several times a day.
It's been a long while since I deleted any cookies, though. Could that help? |

the ad servers deliver content on your IP and location, it could be that the specific ad server dealing your ads is overloaded. we use the same ad company as alot of the other major tech sites and they have to deliver sometimes over 10 million ads a day or more. the problem might resolve in a while, if this is the case so sometimes a little patience is called for. its also totally out of our hands as the server isnt ours......
I would though flush all temporary files to ensure its not an issue on your end. |

Thanks, Zardon,
I noticed that even the front page side banner AD is affected as well. It very likely could be a problem with my ISP. Comcast Broadband Cable has been having issues lately. For what it's worth, I just cleared the browser cache and also flushed the DNS cache. No improvement on my end. |
