Youtube embed

Hi guys,

YouTube no longer shows the video code that you have to put in between the [ youtube ] tags anymore (unless you go into embed, but that's just a work around). Any possibility of a different embedding method being viable because of this? :/

Re: Youtube embed

It's right there in the url after v=

Our code is quite out dated, I wrote that version myself quite a few years ago. The newer forum software version has much better support for widescreen/fullscreen etc.

I'll take a look when I get some free time.

Ah, total facepalm moment. I just switched to Opera and just realized it truncates the v= stuff...it only shows youtube.com/watch.

Either way, that's good to know the forum software version is what, exactly then?

This is vBulletin 3 that HH Uses but Craig's working on porting the site over to vBulletin 4 which is the newest version, unfortunately porting a site of this size over takes a LONG time
