The "What are you listening to now" thread is not working
So I don't know if it's just my computer that's doing this but every time I try to go to the last page of the "What are you listening to right now" thread in the Off-topic forum I immediately get forwarded to youtube. Can this problem be fixed please? I've tried accessing it with both Google Chrome and Internet Explorer.

Thanks, BulletTheory was to blame on Oct 6th get him boys!

I think YouTube must have updated code their side to break out the frame when called in that way, else I would have thought we'd have ran into this problem long before now.

I'll see what can be done.

What is the exact procedure for posting a youtube video? And didn't you just make a tweak a few months back?

I know it involves a [ youtube ] ****** [ /youtube ] (without the spaces) or something similar but what goes in place of the ****** ???

So it's just the code and no address?..... that's where people are screwing up. I don't post them very often but when I did a few months (years?) back I was using the address as supplied by youtube, not just the code, and this problem wasn't happening.

The youtube tag for as long as we've used it has always been just the video code, if it used the whole url, people would be able to load any content from any site which would be a bad idea. It seems only recently that YT have implemented something on their site that will take the bad request and break it out of the container page taking it to yt, probably gaining a lot of traffic from it too!

Yes, Craig and I dealt with this a little over a week ago when I tried to put a YT video up in the gaming discussion thread. It took me away from HH so fast I never could get back to edit it.

Hope it can be fixed without too much trouble.
