Dear Admin(s)
I love the layout of your website. I have a computers forums also dedicated to PC Tweakers and I was wondering if you could possibly give me a little insight on how to add a System Specs feature like the one you have here? I know I can add the custom profile fields manually and I know how to make them get displayed in the Postbit but what I don't know is how do I actually have the neat clickable button that says system specs where it then shows the users' system specs? Hope you can help cheers PS: I am running vBulletin v4.1.10 |

Re: How to add Sys Specs to my forums?
Hi,
Our system spec is as you say custom profile fields that I set up a long time ago, to get them in a pop up I just altered the code vB uses for the other DHTML menu's scattered around but it was all custom work. vB4 will be different, and I think since I made ours people have actually released plugins that you can use to add the functionality straight into your package. Take a look at Profile Fields in a Postbit Dropdown - vBulletin.org Forum |
