That was a good idea to seperate the site news and the headline news. It helps to keep things a little more organized. I like it.

hey, id the front page going to get the 'colour makeover' like the forum (with a choice)
As I like the 'deep blue' version as well on my laptop. But on the PC the Light blue/grey looks better?

I would love to see the new DH logo added to the old forum style though as I tend to use that one for surfing when my sweetie is sleeping since its not as bright

Agreed! Although, I have found myself searching for the leading news story (I often scroll instead of click). As the site / news headlines are seperated at the top, so should there be between the site and news stories. Just MHO.

sorry thats not going to happen, the old style will remain as is. to use the new logo on the old style would look naff !

yeah its mostly the white though that bugs here

I've tried contrast up and down

sides the logo is the only part of the new theme that I like

(btw that wasnt a diss...just like blues and greys more......plus I had some input into the original scheme so it's hard to not use it

)
