Keeping track?

Hi guys, I wondered whether it would be possible to add a 'New posts since your last visit' button somewhere, I find it a little difficult to keep track of all the forums and sometimes miss quite a lot.

If this is already possible could you tell me how (maybe through Search) and I'll shut up!!

..... If you go into just the FORUM part.. and on the top right.... there should be VIEW NEW POSTS..... click it.....it will show you all the latest posts since you last visited....
