I thought I already had explained this but I guess people missed it before so here goes.

Firstly bittorent as a medium is irrelevant, its the "content" of these postings. Thats why the moderator in question closed the thread.

When Driverheaven started a long time ago, we did leak drivers yes, and we hosted those leaks, but shortly afterward we have altered this sites stance and are aiming to get support direct from companies, such as ATI/Nvidia and others, which we are doing quite successfully. If we leak drivers, those companies will understandably cut support and also alot of staff are now under NDA meaning we could of course get sued

We arent stopping you guys visiting other sites to get them, its not that hard to find them, but DH wont be supporting or hosting any leaks in the future. Conversation wont be stopped on the drivers, its just best we keep links etc off the boards. Its not professional.

I realise I didn't express it clearly for outside viewers, but it was a torrent site not a link to the drivers, containing a large collection of warez, porn and pretty much everything that goes against the rules here at DH.
