any interest in a video editing/encoding forum?

..because DriverHeaven doesn't have enough forums as it is.

I've really been getting into DVD ripping and encoding lately (using the spyware-free XviD codec), and I wouldn't mind talking to some other people who have experience in this field to share tips and such. Heck, I wouldn't even mind writing up a little guide for people who want to give this a try themselves.

I'm told that doom9.net forums are the best source of information, but you have to be registered for 5 days before you can even post.

Besides that, it's a very intimidating place over there.. I figure if there was a forum here, it would be newbie-friendly.

Anyway, it's just a thought..

Well, it's been two days and only two people have even looked at this post, so I guess that means there isn't too much interest in such a thing after all. Like I said, it was just an idea.

sorry I havent been online alot recently, I just saw it now sorry bout that !

im not sure this warrants a whole forum ill have to consult the admins to get their views..., but certainly your guides have been very good brc so if you want to make one up for members it would probe invaluable, if you want to get in touch with me about this, you know my email !
