Any chance of optional DST being turned off?
As DST (Daylight Savings Time) doesn't excist here in saskatchewan.... i have to play around with my settings in DH 2 times a year... yeah i know... not a big deal.... but it sorta catches me as i don't pay attentino to my windows clock... i usually just look at the latest post time.....
Currently, at this moment... i'm -6 hours.... durring summers.... it's -7..... but my time here Never changes..... (enless i'm getting my time screwed up and it shouldn't matter... or DST isn't even implemented...)

A little off-topic here, but I've got a little annoyance with your multiple sig images, Judas. Since I have my VB preferences set to not show embedded images, where your signature is, I see the following:
Code:
http://206.172.2.40/~judas/Avatars/Signatures/Judas/JudasSignature5Left.jpghttp://206.172.2.40/~judas/Avatars/Signatures/Judas/JudasSignature5Center.jpghttp://206.172.2.40/~judas/Avatars/Signatures/Judas/JudasSignature5Right.jpg - Me |

Judas,
Are you referring to how your Windows system automatically adjusts for DST? If so, yes, you can turn that function off. Right click on your clock in the Task bar and select the Adjust Date/Time. Now click the Time Zone tab. Uncheck the Automatically adjust clock for daylight savings time. |

...it's not effecting the time on the computer.... it's adjusting the forums time... which puts it out of sync with mine......

I know that I've had to adjust my own profile on a few other boards in order to get the times synced. Personally, I'd just as soon they quit using DST. But, that's just me.

Once we move to the new forum system, timezones will be detected automatically, as well as being selectable (DST on/off). That should help you Judas
