Is this just a temporary thing? will Search be back on today?

I have temporarily disabled search due to the imminent release of the newest XP SP 1078 build, last time we had a XP SP build leak too many people abused the search facility causing the server to overload. it will be back on in a day or 2 to lower the possibility of a server melt down like last time.
