In order to better serve our members here and due to recent re organization of staff here at DriverHeaven here is a list of the proper steps our members here should take concerning any problems they may have.

If you have a forum specific problem please PM the Moderators who are over the particular forum first. If none of them are online then contact another moderator, a super moderator or myself. We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible. The same applies to a problem member as well.

If you are having a problem with a moderator here whether it be personal or forum specific than contact me. I am the Moderation Team leader. We have a great bunch of guys here on the team but if you feel like you are not getting your issue resolved or have a issue with our staff here then please contact me.

We also have the report a post link in the forums. It will send an e mail to the moderators over a particular forum and you can express your problem in the e mail to them as well.

The chain of command should be moderators, super moderators then myself with any problem you may be having here at DriverHeaven. I hope this helps all of you when a problem may arise. Please feel free to contact me about any issues you may have. However we do have moderators and super mods here that do a great job and should be your first point of communication.
