It could also be a software firewall blocking the animation, or blocking them altogether if they aren't showing up at all. Other than that, I'm not sure.

you didnt tell what's your web browser so i assumed its IE,
try checking the Internet Options -> Security tab. and View -> Encoding settings and the rest, see in below article.. Pictures Are Not Displayed on Web Sites in Internet Explorer http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=283807 just noticed its IE.. reinstall IE, if that does not help, go to - http://www.dougknox.com/ and use "Site Search" on left side of the page, search for "How do I repair Internet Explorer in Windows XP" you can D/L a script or see commmand line to reinstall IE from the page. do you also having prob with opening a new or second browser window from a link within IE? if yes, then you may have had the HyperText Transfer Protocol file type missing. i've seen many ppls having this eventho thiss uncommon for a flash format system. i'll look it up...
--------------- you may find the reformat is much easier for you.. or you can also try the following just before reformat..., Open CMD window, and enter each command line, wait till you see a dialog box that say "DllRegisterServer in xxxxxx.dll succeeded" before enter the next ones. regsvr32 MSHTML.DLL regsvr32 URLMON.DLL regsvr32 SHDOCVW.DLL regsvr32 OLEAUT32.DLL regsvr32 ACTXPRXY.DLL Next, Open Internet Options, under Programs tab click on "Reset Web Settings" then reboot your PC and see if that helps. Hey Thanks, Markius. it took me hours just to find an easy to work with programs and then images and then more just to make it, i dont have any skill at all.
as for the prob, at 1st you may think it has something to do with DH, as you know now it is not, i'd request to move or close this.. |
