Default Post New site colors!

Well I re-did the site's colors, in an attempt to differenciate the site from Rage3D. How do you like the new color scheme? Post a rating in the poll, and post any feedback in this thread.

Default Post Muchly improved.

I like the better contrast, and the varying blue helps keep it all sorted.

When ya gonna notch the font size down a skotch?

Yeah well, if I do a size smaller, then it gets way too small, I think this is perfect on 1024x768, and thats pretty much what the site is designed to run on.

I just hate having to go to all the trouble of actually pushing my mousewheel down and rolling it up a notch.

We're not specifying absolute font sizes or percentages, so if we bumped the font size down one notch, it would be quite a bit smaller.

odd... on this computer, the text size is fine. on my computer at home, it was all bloated... on second note, on my computer at home, my above post showed different font sizes for every "test". on this computer, they are all the same size.

Well, the only way to force IE to show different stuff on different version is to use the !DOCTYPE switch in strict mode - then IE6 actually follows W3C standards!

And driverheaven isn't using this, so I dunno why the fonts should be in different sizes unless you have "Large fonts" enabled in Display->Properties or one computer doesn't have the right font installed

i'm betting that this computer doesn't have the right font installed... my fonts at home changed size in the test post...

but then again, if my computer has the right fonts, they are WAY too big

This HTML currently isn't strict compliant, so I don't think it would be good to put that in the Doctype right now.

But yes, I've heard of this issue on IE 5.x. 'Tis weird.
