noicy add's

In one of the add's displaying sometimes on the top of the page has a very loud irritating sound with it, some dude talkin and some other loud sounds, really really enoying because if you have ur sound at normal level like always then its still blasting true your speakers :S

Anything that can be done against this highly irritating adds?
Other once i dont mind and even press sometimes :S
