Intellitext / rouge ad

I was suprized to see the front page like this:

I clicked one to see what i bouced off of to redirect and it
was adfarm mediaplex something... If you notice in the status
bar at the bottom it says DinamiContex AdLink

It only happened once just a few minutes ago but still really
strange figured I better say something

just in case
