I cannot understand why anyone would buy one of these for their computer??? Their bad enough on laptop's, but have you ever tried to game with one? You might as well blind fold yourself, sit on your hands and use your nose on the stupid thing.

Actually, out of all the laptop "mouse replacements" I'd argue that the touchpad is the best.

Which is not to say that it's any good. But touchpads are better than the "nipple in the middle of the keyboard" -- what assclown came up with that? And the mini-trackball? You have to have gnomish hands to be able to use that shit. Touchpads are pretty crappy, but they're golden compared to the ass-backwards alternatives.
