Hating Neg Rep. Points Thread

How many of you have been given negative rep points because someone thinks you haven't been "nice" and that your opinion is negative therefore you deserve negative rep points?

I was under the impression that negative rep points were given when someone says something that belonged in the flame warzone somewhere else, or posting distasteful and harsh words and/or pictures. Not for speaking how you feel about something and your personal opinion.

I have gotten quite a few neg points all for the same reason. Because I have a negative attitude, I don't aggree with someone's opinions, or because I'm not a nice person...

You know what this thread is a big f*ck you. All of you who can't take a joke and can't understand that a negative opinion is still an opinion.

I don't care at all about rep points but its the principle of it. When I get good rep points (sparingly I may add) it is usually because of something witty or along those lines and I view anyone giving bad rep points for the reasons listed before as taking away from what I have earned.

So f*ck you.

I am what I am and I'm not changing for you or a rep system on this forum.

Just pissed off cause I have never given a neg rep point to a single person. I don't see the point unless they say something really out of line. Even then I probably won't give them a neg point because it is still their opinion. If something wasn't appropriate for the forum threads would be closed people would be banned and that would be that.

So yea, hopefully some of you will stop being idiots but I'm afraid thats too much to ask. F*ck you anyways

Anyone think I'm right or completely wrong?

awesome.... sfo, i think your DH's official Negative rep member. Everyone for no apparent reason should give you negative rep constantly just to see how high we can get that red bar going.

haha... i haven't looked at my own rep points... be it negative or not..

so far i've got very little rep points thus far.

and 1 was negative why? "Use of the word wacko" apparently wasn't appreciated.

Damn, well 3 neg rep bars. O well, keep it comin I suppose. Hopefully it doesn't ban me. I really didn't get that much neg rep so far, but since it was in a row I tihnk it hurt me the worst.

So you can get negative rep in the flame warzone? Thats pretty dumb.

God, I've felt miserable for the past month or so, since my injury I suppose. And I was even on the verge of tears tonight while trying to go to sleep.

So I turned on the tv and watched the ending of the whole 9 yards and damn I can't stop smiling and laughing.

Just found it weird how fast my moods changed just because of a movie I loved.

I really don't care about points. This isn't high school where your going to get detention and a word from your mother for making a girl cry for pulling her hair. If you have a problem with what I say then cuss me out here, good luck in getting me to reply cause I try to stay away from this area of the forum. I don't give neg points to people, just yesterday I saw a funny reply to a post and gave the person positive rep points. Please people I don't want any points what so ever I don't see the point in them, but doesn't mean I can't give them out to people I find funny. I don't have a problem with the person who made this thread, if you have a problem with me I really don't care. Like I said cuss me out here, I will not think any less of you, sometimes people say something that touches a nerve with them, just get it out of your system
