How do you change your primery MSN live email address

Im stuggling to figure out how to change this email address its linked to my isp wich im changeing after the 28th the primery email i use will no longer function

i need to change this email address becuse my msn messanger and xbox360 are linked to it.

I've tried to do this about 3 times before, each time i've had to actually CHANGE my msn messenger, i've since quit, if someone wants to email me... ask for it...
