Just got me bill !!

Anchors! I'm off to leave a steaming one on the council steps

....and why can't I not pay the police portion if I think they are doin a crap job?

Yeah, it's kinda like the tax they have here, SIN TAX on cigarettes and beer. This tax pays for a football stadium that I have NO intention of ever going to or care about. But everytime I buy a carton of smokes (I don't drink) I have to pay this stupid tax.

What are gonna do, you know?

but because of the snowy weather, they use studded snowtires here and salt, which eats up the bridges and creates potholes, sheesh..

filthy council tax. leave one for me.
I dont pay im on the dole, but leave one for me anyway
infact leave two.

1 for the council and 1 for the police.
