Default Post Driver support for ATI

ok all you nvidia users, do you still think ATI have their heads up their respective asses with driver support? or do any of you actually keep up with the times?

I mean some of those Nvidia drivers aint exactly reference grade are they?

Given the fact that both ATI and Nvidia are still releasing new drivers every two weeks puts them in the same boat. Neither one has perfect drivers. Who cares if NVIDIA releases drivers more often than ATI? That just means that i have to download them more often, which doesn't exactly tickle my fancy.

ATI has got their act together: they are releasing good drivers. GOOD DRIVERS!! I can see no basis for an argument in favor of either company now

/end rant.

Good Lord 12.41 Drivers.... those are what 1 year old now?

Well as long as Nvidia works to correct this problem, which i'm sure it will... everything will be fine...

Hmm, i haven't heard that much SIS propaganda around here now... weird
isn't their new Xabre chip supposed to be arriving soon?
And what about 3dLabs?
Seems like there are maybe 2.5 sides to this argument.

Actually, I must give thumbs up to ATi here because recently they have been releasing official drivers more often then nVidia.

I remember not so long ago nVidia used to release 2 official drivers a year!

I don't know about ATi, but nVidia hasn't always been good with official driver releases but it has always (well, as far as I can remember) been good with "leaks" - something that ATi now is also very good with (thank God!)
