As for the pic itself, who's to say that it wasn't posed, just to get the kind of response we are seeing from some people here?

That's just the kind of 'goofy' things kids will do at times. I'd lie to see some information from whoever took the original saying just what REALLY was happening there before I get all 'incensed' over it.
