Hehe, reminds me of this one summer I worked for Housing Maintenence on a USAF base.

I'd hear my boss check his messages and there'd be a bunch of people complaining that their roofs were leaking or that their waterheaters weren't working and he'd say that it'd have to a wait a little, and that he'd get to it as soon as he could.

Then he got a call that went like this: "Hi, this is Sherry, General Smith's wife. The air conditioning in our house is not working. If you could have someone come over to look at it, that'd be great..."

He was already on the phone. "John, we need some people down there now!"
