Dupid evga!
I have recently had an Nvidia GTS 250 burn out on my board, with no damage to the mobo. I registered it they day I bought it, it came with a 3-year limited warranty. Since the burnout, I have applied REPEATEDLY at evga.com for a new card, only to keep receiving the same noreply@evga.com message stating that I should blow out my computer, clean it, and regularly monitor the temperature. I can't even get to a human being to escalate the issue, because all internal site matters are handled through automated e-mail responses. When I call their hotline, they tell me to keep waiting for a "confirmation e-mail" with a verification code for my original purchase, but as I said earlier, no dice.

EVGA has good customer service, go to their forums and talk to one of the EVGA admins (send them PM's and start a thread) it'll get taken care of really quick. Weird that you can't start the RMA process I've done it before it's pretty easy.

Back in 2006 IIRC, I emailed, twice (and IIRC they had an online form so that too), EVGA regarding my then new motherboard. I was very polite and detailed regarding the issue.
I don't remember any more what exactly was the issue, but basically they had 2 versions available of a specific model of mainboard, I bought the same model but my version had different things than either of the two versions, and yes lacking exactly what I Was looking for at the time and one of the reasons I bought it. Want to guess how long it took them to get back to me? Never, so yeah, I am soooo going to buy anything theirs again lol. Keep trying, but don't be too surprised if they never get back to you. honestly, on top of performance and quality i take customer service into huge concern now when buying tech shit. like i can get the best bang for the buck thats important, but a lifetime warranty when they do nothing and delay the RMA process (along with hassles) means nothing when you're screwed. BFG was a good example of f**kin me over, now they f**ked themselves over. Poor SCM (supply chain management) and CRM(customer relationship management) put them out of business...ASUS however is pretty good i personally find.
