Intel cpus are cooler

My normal idle temp on the average in the summer is 27c to 29c air cooled...full extended load temp it will go up to 37c to 39c but recovers to it's idle temp really quickly.It would probably idle @ 34c to 36c but I run a program that does the stop grant thing. My CPU temp actually drops below my board temp when I turn on the AC. It is not loud as I will not install a Delta in my comp. (I installed a 92mm fan on a that I cannibalized from an IBM server PSU. It moves a lot of air quietly) It is an Athlon XP 1800+(1533mhz) running @ 1711mhz or roughly 2000+ rating. it is overvolted to 1.87v to 1.89v and the I/O voltage is set @ 3.50v. I unlocked it by painting the L1 bridge right when I first got it and it has been that way ever since. It has run flawlessly since first being installed.
