Pepsi was (is?) a derogatory term for blacks in the southern US, and Quebecer's in Canada starting around the 1930s.

Although I've heard people be called coke-heads, its usually pertaining to cocaine and not to their ethnic status.

Hence, I'll say that Coke is better.

It's really all about what you grew up to. I've been drinking Pepsi for 15 years. Even if I wanted to convert to coke I could not. If I only hint at taking a sip of coke I get dizzy.. I am a Pepsi addict and I'll probably die from it.. but GOD it's good!

lol. well, as a region alot of the southern us is quite backwards compared to the rest of the world (e.g. creationism, kkk, anti-sodomy laws, non-integrated societies, corrupt cops, etc), but i won't make a blanket statement that i 'hate' them. as for 'once called african americans n*ggers' i've only been in Mississpi and Arkansas once a few years ago, and the term was used liberally so from my limited experience I'd say they're about 30 years behind civilisation.

Whoa, you better take care. I don't think that much of the stuff is good for you. It dissolves teeth in a glass you know.

I'm more of a Fanta guy, coz I just love sweet drinks.

PS: I already posted in this thread that I support Pepsi, coz it's sweeter. Coke just hurts your throat alot.

I honestly tried to like coke a few times. But whenever I drink it I get an allergic reaction. My throat gets all itchy and I cough for hours. I thought at one point that it was something I had eaten instead. So... I had to do a test and drink coke again. (without eating with it) sure enough. I was runing for some benedril allergy. I do not know what they got in there.. but I simply cant drink coke. In some instances I like the 'lighter flavor of coke' and the only thing that can come close to it without causing me to have a reaction is RC. So .. I guess my answer here is going to have to be Pepsi most of the time.. and RC whenever pepsi is not available... if neither are available ... rootbeer or sprite!!! LOL
