I have had MOHAA for about 2 months, but haven't gotten around to actually playing it. What's funny is that I don't really care. How can a PC game possibly hope to compete with all my console games

?

I am requesting that all of you MOHAA lovers flame me and in the process, somehow convince me to start playing it

I'm probably the only person here that has never played it. I have Diablo II with the guide; never played that either. If your console games are better why even bother having a 8500? You know I could just bribe you to pay it. How about a live drive for an Audigy?

MOHAA is not that great... the SP experience is inferior to RTCW and the MP... well the MP just sucks... between the snipers ... the shotgun bitches... and the rocket whores.... its a toss up as to who sucks more. :/

If you play MOH you can't lay there with a controller in your crotch and play with yourself while controlling the game. So, just stick with your kiddie Anime and crotch controller cause their ain't no boobies in MOH. Or, you can sell that console crap and get a girlfriend. Once you understand women and leave your crotch alone you'll be able to finally appreciate MOH.

Actually I enjoyed the single player game very much. Haven't played it multiplayer as I usually play RtCW online.

There were a couple of things I didn't like about MoHAA's single player game though. The main one being the "never ending spawning enemies". I really hate that and I've always thought that was the level designers easy way out of a poorly designed level.

The other thing I didn't like was the "super snipers". They could see you no matter what the weather was and they never miss. Standard enemies show the same type of "cheat" as well as they can shoot through objects that obscure your view of them (i.e. plants, etc.). In other words they can see you when they shouldn't be able to. Another example of poor design IMO.

There are better ways to make the game difficult.

Some of the things I enjoyed though were the D-day level and the fact that it was more "realistic" than jumping and bouncing all over the place like some FPS's.

Just think of riding in that transport on Omaha beach looking around at your fellow team mates. Then you start hearing explosions and the barricades on the beach start to appear. You hear the door open and you are targeted to be killed. You jump out of the boat into the water to try and defeat the enemy on Omaha beach. Now I know you want to play it!!!

You can also download the blood mod to add blood to the game if it doesnt live up to your expectations. Trust me the game is pretty cool, now go install it and play it...did I win???

Good description. It's great listening to all of the different things going on around you too. Very well done. I'll never forget the first time I fired up that level, I got goosebumps.
