His appearances normally coincide with a story in the papers about a security breach at some Sex offenders clinic & the escape of a very mentally disturbed & sexually depraved individual with bad acne, a centre parting & bowl hair cut. Offficials say there is nothing to worry about as he may cause more harm to himself than others.
