In the realm of online stores, I don't think that statement is applicable...especially in this case. I'm usually leary of an online store that looks super-uber professional but they're super-cheap and I've never heard of them before, or ANY cheap looking online store. In the first case, just try and hunt down some contact info on their website. If they have a lot of it, they're probably legit...but if you have trouble finding any then be VERY wary. (As in, "DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!"

A cheap looking site just either screams "scam" at me, or tells me that the owner of the place is a few bricks short of a load so why in the hell would I want to do business with them?

(I know it sounds stupid, but I've never been burned by an online vendor!)
